Course Final Evaluation: Student 9

This semester was somewhat good for me because I didn't do any or get sidetracked with my personal tasks. I didn't get to exercise my personal goals in this class, which were to learn to be a better teacher. I've done a lot of helping with people's questions and problems.

I've participated in just about every major service to the CPESS community. My technical skills, visions and cooperation were all there. But I've haven't shown any leadership or good communications. There's only one task that I think I did good on all of the criteria above and that's when two colleagues and I fixed up a new Mac. At first it seemed they were bored and disappointed for the idleness, but after everything was ready to be setup, it went well. All I had to do was tell them what had to be done and what steps were needed. Whatever questions or problems came up, I didn't take control and solve it myself, but I told them the solution and they solved it. That was the first time ever I didn't have to do any work. And when we finished, everything was setup good. This task showed how well I can lead and teach people without doing the work myself. I obviously communicated well because they got the job done. Other than that I haven't shown these critiques well.
